Jeff brings over 24 years of industry experience to Solution Services. A dynamic leader behind major projects—from launching our Fort Saskatchewan branch to optimizing key processing systems—he drives our culture of relentless growth, innovation, and mutual respect, ensuring safety and efficiency in every venture.
Errol White
CFO
Errol, our CFO, brings 18 years of industry expertise to Solution Services. With a steadfast commitment to financial excellence and continuous improvement, he has implemented innovative digital tracking systems and expertly managed the finances of major projects to ensure every initiative meets our uncompromising standards.
Ryan Dusterhoft
VP of Operations
Ryan brings 23 years of industry experience to Solution Services as our VP of Operations. Dean brings 39 years of industry expertise to Solution Services as our VP of Specialized Fluids. He has led major turnaround projects for industry giants while upholding a culture rooted in respect and integrity. Bryn Naylor
Client & Valve Service Manager
Byrn, our Client and Valve Service Manager, brings 13 years of industry experience to every project. He’s led key initiatives—from Arc installations to Advantage Glacier’s digital rollout—embodying our culture of innovative problem-solving and operational excellence.

Director of Operations: Fluids Division, brings 15 years of industry expertise and a proven track record in leading critical projects—from Plains Fort Sask to Advantage Glacier and beyond. Outside of work, Brad cherishes time with his wife and son, balancing excellence on the field with quality family moments.
Colin Lefley
Sales Manager
Colin, our Sales Manager, brings over 21 years of industry expertise, driving initiatives that connect innovative solutions with top-tier client support. In 2022, he founded Vapour Solutions Inc, a sister company to Solution Services. Colin embodies our family-oriented culture—where mutual respect, professionalism, and pride in our work come together—to deliver excellence every day.

David Stewart
HSE Manager
David, our HSE Manager, brings 25 years of industry expertise and a deep commitment to fostering a proactive safety culture. In 2023, he implemented our KPA program and is advancing his qualifications with a Diploma in OHS and CRSP certification, driving rigorous risk assessments, comprehensive emergency planning, and continuous safety improvements to ensure every worker returns home safely.
